No guaranteed outcome

PromptFoundry aims to provide practical recommendations and useful implementation support. Results depend on the client’s tools, data quality, team adoption, third-party services, and business context. No revenue, ranking, advertising, automation, or performance outcome is guaranteed.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to required tools, approval of work, review of AI-generated output, and compliance with laws that apply to their own business, customers, content, and data.

AI tools and third-party services

Work may involve third-party tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Codex, Claude Code, MCP servers, analytics platforms, email tools, website tools, spreadsheets, forms, or automation services. Their own terms, limits, pricing, privacy practices, and availability apply.

Content and advice

Website content and sessions are for general business and educational use. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or regulated professional advice.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, clients may use final paid deliverables created specifically for them. PromptFoundry retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, examples, training materials, and reusable frameworks.
