Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid PromptFoundry coaching, audit, workflow setup, and support services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Discovery calls
Initial enquiry calls or fit-check calls are not charged unless clearly agreed in advance.
Starter sessions and audits
A paid session or audit can usually be rescheduled once if the request is made at least 24 hours before the agreed time. If the client does not attend or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the fee may be treated as used.
Workflow builds and custom work
Custom setup work, implementation, automation, website prototypes, documents, dashboards, and similar deliverables are scoped before work starts. Once work has begun, refunds are not normally available for completed time, research, setup, or delivered assets.
Retainers
Monthly support retainers are billed for the agreed support period. Unused time may not roll over unless agreed in writing. Either side may end future retainer periods by giving notice before the next billing cycle.
When a refund may be considered
A partial or full refund may be considered if PromptFoundry is unable to deliver an agreed paid service and no reasonable reschedule or replacement is possible. Refunds are reviewed case by case.
Third-party costs
Fees paid directly to third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, AI services, domain registrars, payment processors, or software vendors are governed by those providers and are not controlled by PromptFoundry.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Submit a request through the contact form and include the service name, booking date, payment reference if available, and reason for the request.
